Playing and caring in a sandpit

“thank you for providing a happy, safe  and fun learning environment….thank you for all you have taught them and all the cuddles you’ve given” (March 2019)

Aims and Objectives

At Kiddycare Day Nursery we provide a homely and atmosphere with plenty of love and individual attention to ensure that the children are involved in activities to stimulate their mental, creative, physical and social needs whilst being supervised in a caring environment.

“Every child deserves the best possible start in life and support to fulfil their potential…” (DfES 2008).

It is through the provision of our balanced and caring atmosphere in which the children fell happy, secure, valued and confident that they can continue to thrive and develop within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Children develop a sense of achievement learning through play, which in turn helps them to acquire the essential skills, concepts, attitudes and knowledge to enable them to be independent, thinking, caring members of society.

At Kiddycare we are committed to child protection and safeguarding.  Your child is placed at the centre of what we do, their interests and safety is above all else.  We have child protection policies and procedures in place to keep your child safe and we have a duty of care to share any concerns we may have.  Copies of our child protection policies are made available to parents.

Evidence to support our commitment to the Early Years Foundation Stage can be seen throughout our activity programme, your child’s own records and the Nursery Policies and Procedures.
